About Me
Hi, I’m Stefan, a certified health and fitness coach from the beautiful country of Austria. I’ve also made a name for myself as a professional bass player in the entertainment industry.
For the last few years I have been working as a show band musician for Carnival Cruise Lines, the biggest cruise ship operator in the world. Due to the nature of this job I was able to coach my international clients online and in person whilst traveling the world playing music.
My coaching approach combines evidence-based nutrition strategies with customised strength training programs to deliver sustainable results. I believe in creating tailored plans that align with your lifestyle, ensuring that fitness becomes a long-term success rather than a short-term fix.
